Finn’s Thoughts: Wow this is good. How did they get smokey, sweet, and light but still full bodied all together? Ok, this is really good. I guess there’s like a fudge flavor accompanied by something like sherry. None of the flavors are competing with each other, but rather are playing perfect team ball. For something so complex, it still doesn’t overpower or come off as intense. For anyone who “doesn’t like peaty”, this might be a good way to get accustomed to some smokiness, while not being knocked out by it.
Kilchoman’s whiskies just keep getting better and better. For those who like a bit more sweetness, would very much recommend the Sanaig!
